Select garments
Browse the catalogue and shortlist the garments that suit your team — tees, hoodies, polos, workwear and more. Pick your colours, choose sizes and set the quantities you need.
Add artwork
Upload your logo or artwork right on the product page and tell us where you'd like it — left chest, sleeve or full back. Our design team digitises your artwork and sends a free digital proof to approve.
We produce & ship
Once you approve your proof, production begins. Every garment is embroidered or printed in-house, quality-checked thread by thread, then packed and shipped to your door.

We've got the answers!
No MOQ for print orders at all. Embroidery orders do require a MOQ of 5 units for an embroidered logo or a $30 embroidery digitising fee is charged - if ordering 5 or more items that need embroidery then digitising is free.
Yes you can - simply add any additional products, colours and sizes to your order and copy the logo setup from your first item to it.
Yes - when configuring your custom print order you will get the basics underway for our team. Once we have reviewed it, we will update and send you an artwork approval with sizing and placement information for you to approve and sign off.
Yes, once we have done your custom print order the artwork setup is saved in our system and can be reordered at any time easily.
We can work with most files. High resolution files with transparent backgrounds like PNG, PDF, SVG and Illustrator files are prefered. If you have used Canva or AI to create your artwork export it in the highest resolution you can. You can also invite us into your project using our contact@brandthreads.com.au email as well and we can help you.
Standard decorated orders are generally produced within 10–15 business days after artwork approval, plus delivery. Large, complex or custom-manufactured orders may take longer, and timing will be confirmed before production.
